As part of our mission, we are committed to creating better learning environments. "Creating" is a verb - or action. "Better" means constant improvement. We see this as working with our clients to constantly improve the learning environment but our goal is bigger than that - we want to improve learning outcomes by the environments we create. Kevin Stoller - Co-Founder & CEO
Kevin is a serial entrepreneur of mission-based businesses and in 2009, Co-Founded Kay-Twelve, a leading national distributor of educational furniture. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University. Kevin is active in the entrepreneurial community, hosts several podcasts, leads workshops to help educators improve the learning environment and is the author of Creating Better Learning Environments. On a personal note, Kevin spends as much time as possible with his wife, Darci, and their 3 active children, Grant, Maggie & Tessa. The Stoller Family recently moved to Scottsdale, Arizona – but Kevin still roots for his sports teams from growing up in Chicago and spending 20+ years in Ohio.
Aaron Evans - President
Aaron comes to Kay-Twelve with over 7 years in the industry specializing in new construction and renovation projects. He lives in San Marcos, Texas with his wife, Natalie, three dogs, Bailey, Daisy, and Paisley, and hedgehog, Kirby. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new recipes in the kitchen and learning about wine. Aaron comes from a long line of educators and has found his passion in having an impact on learning environments. Aaron focuses on establishing collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to identify the best solutions that help facilitate the implementation of a given curriculum and instruction plan. In 2020, he became an Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) through the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE).
Kim Taylor - Vice President of Operations
Kim has been with Kay-Twelve since 2013. A graduate in environmental science from The Ohio State University, Kim is married with two children and enjoys hiking and traveling. Constantly volunteering at her kids schools, she often becomes the "room mom" as well as helping with her daughter's girl scouts. With her commitment to creating better learning environments because "I think it's important to find the right learning environment for each kid so they can thrive in school."
Adam Craddock - Vice President of Sales
Adam joins the Kay-Twelve team with over 15 years of industry experience with a heavy focus on large scale projects both new construction and renovations along with sales leadership. Growing up in the Midwest being from Missouri Adam received a Bachelors in Business Administration from William Jewell College where he played college football and went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Adam resides in the Denver, Colorado area with his wife, Becky and three busy kids, Chase, Daxton, & Emery. In his free time he enjoys coaching youth sports – baseball, basketball, and football and loves giving back to the community in various capacities. He also loves spending time with his family being active playing sports, hiking, and going up in the mountains. Adam’s experience in the industry has helped him find his passion of making a positive impact on student’s and helping transform learning environments into collaborative, flexible, and engaging spaces. The most rewarding part of what he enjoys the most at Kay-Twelve is being a part of fulfilling a school’s vision and giving student’s the opportunity to gain the necessary skills while helping create a better learning environment.
Bob Roche - Educational Design Specialist
Bob has been with Kay-Twelve since 2015 and came to us with 30+ years in the industry. A graduate of Temple University, Bob is married with 2 kids. A committed baseball, basketball, and soccer coach as his kids were growing up, Bob is now able to spend time enjoying golf and music. With Bob's commitment to learning, he feels strongly that "creating a collaborative learning environment will help students improve their ability to learn and retain information. By discussing topics with their peers, they hone their ability to work their way through problems, communicate their ideas more effectively and also value the opinion of others."
Kevin Foote - Educational Design Specialist
Having 13 years of experience in the classroom as a teacher and administrator, Kevin joins the Kay-Twelve team as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest US. Kevin received a Bachelors in Education from Northern Arizona University, and Masters of Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. He is married with 5 kids and enjoys attending all of their sporting events, and school activities. As a 3rd generation Arizona native, Kevin is passionate about helping AZ schools grow. With a wealth of knowledge in not only public schools, but also charter and private, Kevin can provide solutions for schools to thrive in today's challenge of engaging students and creating collaborative classrooms. Kevin is also an Accredited Learning Environments Planner (ALEP) which demonstrates his core competencies essential to the practice of planning, designing, equipping, and maintaining educational spaces.
Keirsten Todoran - Educational Design Specialist
Keirsten joined the Kay-Twelve team in 2018 with over 5 years of experience in the school furniture industry. She is from Canton, Ohio and is married with two young children. "Trying new recipes in the kitchen with my son and daughter, keeping active by going to my boot camp class, and watching sports with my husband are what I enjoy most." After graduating high school, Keirsten started working in the school furniture business and has found a passion for helping schools integrate the new style of learning to encourage student focus through the furniture and tools they use. "From my experience in school, every child learns differently and what might be effective for half the class, may not be effective for the other half. I want to change the classic style of learning and show schools how something as simple as the furniture in their classrooms can make a big impact on the learning outcomes of their students."
Kim Johns - Sales Support Specialist
Kim has been in the educational furniture industry for over 20 years after graduating with a business degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She resides in Mansfield, Ohio with her husband on a small farm spending time with all their "4 foot" critters. Her greatest joy is experiencing the beauty of nature and creating areas on their farm cultivating bee and butterfly habitats. "Over the years, the classroom environment and teaching in general has taken on a completely different look and feel. I have experienced the positive difference a learning space can make for students. To provide environments that offer diverse, outside-the-box learning areas that promote both individually and the value of teamwork is the key to our students future. I believe when we can incorporate technology and create collaborative furniture spaces it allows our educators the freedom to teach in ways that foster every students ability to succeed."
Garrett Miller - Sales Support Specialist
Garrett joined Kay-Twelve in 2019 and is excited about the transition from a background in education, to gaining experience in the business world. He received his Bachelor's from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. He spent two years working in the education system in McMinnville followed by two years at Oregon State University performing education research under a industry leader. His hobbies include coaching, baseball, and golf, outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with his girlfriend and two dogs. Garrett is passionate about the Kay-Twelve mission because he truly believes the environments we create in the classroom have a major impact on student learning outcomes and well-being.
Lauren Glunz - Sales Support Specialist
Lauren joined the Kay-Twelve team in 2022 with 3 years of experience in the educational furniture industry. A majority of her experience is handling large scale projects, new constructions and remodels, but she has worked on smaller projects as well, such as classroom and office updates and/or supply orders. Lauren graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a Bachelors in Marketing. She currently resides in Ashland, OH with her husband, Luke, and two young children, Carson and Mallory. She loves spending time with her family and traveling. They also love going camping, fishing and boating. Her family's favorite place to go camping is the Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee. "I love being able to give back to the community and I'm able to do that by helping bring schools' visions to life and help teachers have amazing learning environments to educate children. I enjoy being able to help provide teachers with the necessary classroom environments to help children thrive."
Leesa Smith - Project Management Specialist
Leesa joined the Kay-Twelve family in 2021 as a Project Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the K-12 education market. Leesa has had experience at all levels, including large scale projects and renovations with districts across the country. On a personal note, Leesa has 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren and a son in law that she loves spending time with and spoiling. Her favorite past time is football and cheering on both the Buckeyes and Browns.
Betsy Andrusiak - Interior Designer
Betsy graduated from Central Michigan University with Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and Professional Sales. She recently got married in September of 2020 and currently lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband. When Betsy isn’t working, she likes to go hiking, rollerblading, making crafts, and trying new beers around Beer City USA. With both parents, and multiple family members in education, Betsy felt it was only natural for her to design for education as well. “My parents said their favorite part of being an educator is watching their students get their “Ah Ha” moment in the midst of their studies, so it’s really fun for me to be able to design educational spaces that help students get to that moment.”
Matthew Rogers - Communications Manager
Matt joined the Kay-Twelve team back in 2019 as a Marketing Intern while attending Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. While attending college, he was involved in many organizations including Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, Phi Sigma Theta, and The National Society of Leadership and Success. Since then, Matt has come on full-time with Kay-Twelve assuming the Marketing duties for the company while continuing his education in the Marketing and Educational industries. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports including basketball, baseball, football, and golf as he grew up involved in all of these while in high school. Matt's goal is to "help educators build unique goals that takes their school from outdated to innovative so that their students and teachers have a place that they love to be."
