For over 30 years, Robin has designed and planned award-winning educational facilities ranging from early learning centers to high schools, as well as specialty learning environments. Her designs push the boundaries of sustainability by emphasizing student and building performance.

John Morgan

Principal at Centerburg Middle School, OH



John recently completed his 31st year with Centerburg Local Schools. He spent 11 years in the classroom teaching high school Spanish. He spent another 11 years as a high school principal, middle school principal, and a 7-12 assistant principal.

Jeff Bradbury

In 2012, Jeff was recognized as one of the Top 50 Educators Using Social Media at the inaugural Bammy Awards and was nominated three times in the category of Innovator of the Year. More recently in 2019, EdTech Digest recognized Jeff as one of the Top 30 Educators in Educational Technology.

Emily Froese

EDd, K-12 Education Planner with DLR Group


Emily approaches environmental design from a human perspective, building on her experience as a teacher and campus administrator prior to joining the firm. Through opening a 21st century campus, she understands the power of meeting individual students' learning needs and creating a culture that empowers every educator.

Paul Gagnon

Principal of Eastmark High School, AZ


Paul is at the end of his 16th year in education, all spent in Arizona. In his previous roles, Paul has served as a Principal at Queen Creek High School and at Page High School in Northern Arizona and also as a History teacher and coach at Page High School. Paul is a member of the Western Region AVID Principal's Network and completed his first AVID training for school leaders in Arizona called Critical Elements for Implementation.

Sylvia Kowalk

Associate AIA, LEED AP Director of Interior Design at Legat Architects


Sylvia's portfolio ranges from PreK-12 and higher education facilities to performing arts center, community health centers and corporate environments. Sylvia regularly speaks about interior design trends and challenges at regional and national conferences.

Austin Martin

Founder of Rhymes With Reason



In 2014, at Brown University, Martin founded Rhymes with Reason after he discovered that 67 of the top 100 words on the SAT were detectable in recognizable hip-hop lyrics. Rhymes with Reason aims to engage young people in academics within a context (popular music) that most of the world already understands and enjoys. RwR has been used in 100+ schools/education programs across the United States and has been covered by Bloomberg, NPR, EducationPost, RevoltTV, HuffingtonPost and other media outlets.

William Reusch

Los Angeles-Based Teacher & Host of Cylinder Radio


Will graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a BA in Secondary Education Social Studies with a minor in History. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles and began his full-time teaching career. For the last thirteen years, he has been teaching at both public and private schools around the city. He currently possesses CA state teaching credentials in both Secondary Single Subject - Social Studies & Elementary - Multiple Subject.

Karen Terwilliger

Recently Retired Educator of 34 Years


This past year, Karen worked in the George Washington Intermediate school in West Hempstead, New York. She has written sixth grade English curriculum and served as a mentor to new teachers. Karen has been with the district, serving students for 34 years. Her experience as a kindergarten teacher has inspired her to bring student voice and choice with station learning into the middle school and intermediate school settings.
